Koopon belongs to our special e-commerce projects, therefore was built from the ground up: from web development, sales and management of the relationship with business owners, concept promotion, online (social media, Adwords…) and offline marketing, to community management. We offer a risk-free and all-inclusive marketing solution for local businesses to recruit new clients. Koopon now represents a trustworthy source of crazy deals within the National Capital Region. Koopon aims as repeating the story in the major Canadian cities.
International Project Management
Yafoy successfully deployed a Mass-Casualty Incident Management system in Thailand and Malaysia and delivered training to End Users. The system is widely used by national agencies to track casualties at scene but also to establish communication between First Responders in the Field, Medical Staff at Hospitals and the Command Center.
We prepared in-country deployment with stakeholders, looking after hardware and software installation, translation of training material with local partners, system localization and configuration. Throughout the process we connected with key stakeholders to ensure the system would provide a clear response to their operational needs but also to understand their organizations, procedures and equipment.
We delivered training to end users (firemen, national disaster agency, relief agency and public health) following a train-the-trainer approach. We went through introductory Mass-Casualty Incident Management and System Training. Fundamental notions like the 3 Ts (Triage, Treatment and Transport) but also how to use the system for any Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE) events, Man-Made Disasters, Natural Disaster, or Traffic Accidents were covered. We handed out fully operational First Responders kits in each of the beneficiary countries.
ERP Deployment
We help Healthcare Organizations (Hospitals) replace their medical and administrative Information Systems to integrate a single patient identity management system. We think that every patient is unique and requires personal attention however they can benefit from a lot of Best Practices during their visit.
Throughout these long-term missions we work closely with IT Department to write Business Requirements Documents and model Use Cases. We facilitate workshop and focus groups to revamp business processes and streamline the flow of information between Medical and Administrative Staff. We manage Request For Proposal (RFP), recommend ERP, do the Contracting, and take on Project Management during installation, deployment and training.
We bring our expertise and knowledge of Healthcare-oriented ERP systems to assist clients through the selection of complex systems. We make the connection between medical and administrative teams to understand each other’s role and information needed. Finally, on behalf of IT Departments we take over Project Management so they can continue serve their users (and patients).
Flower Inventory Management
We developed a cut flower inventory management system for flower wholesalers. It’s a web-based application (nothing to install) optimized for mobile devices like the iPad or iPhone. It allows you to manage the inventory right from a tablet device, but also lets sales people access the entire stock remotely and sell flowers right from their truck on the road.
